If you’ve benefited from our platform, we encourage you to share your experience by leaving a review on G2. Here’s a quick guide to help you through the process.

Step 1: Visit the Thrive G2 profile page

Start by visiting Thrive Career Wellness’s G2 profile. You can find this by following the direct link below. Once there, click on “submit a review” to get started.

Step 2: Sign in to G2

To leave a review, you’ll need to log in to G2. You have two options for this:

  • Sign in using your Linkedin account. This is the most straightforward method.
  • Use your business email address. After completing a short form, G2 will send you a verification email. Click the link in this email to proceed.

Step 3: Fill out the review survey

When writing your review:

  • Make sure to fill out all the required fields in the review form (otherwise, your answer will not be recorded).
  • Please focus on the aspects of Thrive Career Wellness that stood out to you, whether it’s the ease of use, the quality of career coaching, or the effectiveness of our job search tools.

Step 4: Submit your review

Before submitting, take a moment to review your feedback. Make sure you’ve expressed your thoughts clearly and accurately. Once satisfied, click “Submit”. That’s it.

Step 5 - Claiming your reward!

Once G2 approves your review and it is visible on the site, please send a screenshot of your review to our support team at support@thrivemycareer.com with the subject line: G2 Review Reward Submission. We will be able to process your review incentive within 48 hours.

FAQs

Can I post my review anonymously?

Yes, you can post your review anonymously if you don’t feel comfortable leaving a review with your name attached. Near the bottom of the review form is an option that says, “I would like this review to appear as Unattributed.” If you check this box, your name, company, and image will not be publicly visible in the review.

Please note the feedback incentive gift card offer is only eligible for publicly visible reviews.

G2 is asking me to submit proof of being a Thrive user. How do I upload a screenshot (and what should it include)?

When reviewing Thrive, the screenshot upload option will appear on the first page of questions when you select that you’re a current user.

The moderation team uses screenshots to verify reviews but rest assured, these images are never displayed publicly or shared with anyone else.

Since G2 uses screenshots for verification, a few things should be included. The review team looks for a username, company name, or other proof of professional use so that G2 moderators can see the product in use. If necessary, sensitive information can be covered or blurred as long as the screenshot is still useful for verification.

How do I write or update a review?

If you’ve already left a review and you want to edit it. Simply click “Edit review” to the right of the review you want to change.

Why is it important to sign up before leaving a review?

It’s important to verify your identity on G2 to confirm that you are not a worker or competitor of the software you’re reviewing. LinkedIn or Business Email is the best way to verify your information.
