Thrive is excited to announce that Thrive Outplacement for ADP Workforce Now® is available within ADP Marketplace Canada. Thrive offers two solutions to automatically synchronize employee data:

• For organizations that are new to Thrive
• For existing Thrive customers to integrate their data with ADP

What can ADP clients expect from the Thrive Outplacement solutions? 

Seamlessly integrate ADP employee information with Thrive’s platform with single-sign-on (SSO) to simplify the layoff process for ADP customers. Once employee data is synced with Thrive, employees can be invited to Thrive’s AI-powered Outplacement platform in seconds.

All Thrive customers can also now tap the Thrive Talent Exchange talent pool for future hiring needs. The Talent Exchange offers a direct connection to thousands of active job seekers through promoted jobs posted in the Talent Exchange.
