As the Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of this organization. Thrive, a newly created career wellness platform, is leading the HR industry by helping companies with an easy, efficient, and effective process to assist employee’s career transitions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing general administrative support to the business, such as sending invoices, assisting with meeting preparation, and putting together ad hoc reports, organizing interviews and external and internal team meetings
  • Assisting with client reporting and internal reporting of operational activities and KPIs
  • Acting as a general support figure, being involved with various business functions; sales, operations, customer service, user engagement, marketing, human resources, and finance
  • Conducting research and information gathering tasks to support projects and business growth
  • Taking meeting minutes, actioning items and keeping the team accountable

Skills and Experience We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as, within a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with many interruptions and multiple priorities
  • Organized, accurate, and dependable
  • Proven success in customer service and relationship management
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, Communications or Human Resources would be considered an asset
