Walmart Canada is anticipating that retail workers will be heavily impacted by changes in technology over the next decade. They recognized that Thrive is the best solution for their needs with its library of over 30,000 e-learning courses and the flexibility of external coaching services to help employees navigating a career change.

Walmart has a diverse group of employees and wanted one vendor to deliver services to salaried professional staff as well as hourly employees.
